Terms of Service — Craftale (DRAFT)

By creating an account or using Craftale ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Craftale generates product listings (titles, descriptions, SEO, and staged product images) from the brand and item information you provide, for you to copy into the shops you sell on. During the pilot the Service is offered free of charge; optional donations may be available.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Your content and generated output

• You own your inputs (brand info, item details, uploaded photos) and are responsible for having the rights to them.
• Subject to these Terms and applicable law, the generated output is yours to use for your business. AI-generated content may be similar to output produced for others and is provided without warranty of originality, accuracy, or fitness — you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing.
• You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service — to store your content and to send it to our sub-processors to generate your results (see the Privacy Policy and disclosure).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or content you lack rights to;
• attempt to disrupt, abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service (including automated/excessive generation — we apply rate limits and usage quotas);
• use the Service to generate deceptive, illegal, or rights-infringing listings.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Usage limits & fair use

The Service applies tier-based quotas and generation limits, and a global cost cap during the pilot. We may adjust limits to keep the Service sustainable; material changes affecting existing users will be communicated in advance.

6. Availability & changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to give notice of significant changes.

7. Donations & payments

During the pilot the Service is free, and the Support page links to Stripe Payment Links and Ko-fi if you'd like to donate. Donations are optional, non-refundable except as those services' own policies provide, and do not grant any additional service tier or feature access. We do not process the donation transaction ourselves — you deal with Stripe or Ko-fi directly under their own terms.

Paid subscription plans, if introduced later, will be billed via our payment processor on the terms shown at purchase. Pilot participants will be treated fairly on any transition to paid plans, as described at the time.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits/sales arising from your use of the generated content. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including consumer rights and liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (Account & privacy → Delete your account). We may terminate for breach.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
